In order to strengthen the market position of East Asia Pacific and to focus on particularly Sales Development & Upskilling of the EAP Region Sales Force, our Client offers an exciting, newly created opportunity, as Sales (Product) Trainer East Asia Pacific. In this role you will take the lead of designing and conducting product orientated sales training & workshops across EAP Region in close collaboration with our Client’s Sales Academy. Moreover, you are facilitating individual development plans and provide coaching for Sales Staff in EAP Region.

Very good sales management skills especially in negotiation and closing
Good financial understanding/business acumen (Margin Drivers, Discount Policy, Pricing Strategies)
Strong Capability to teach and conduct/provide Training & Workshops individually
Well-developed skills to inspire Sales personnel
Proactive and effective interpersonal relationship & communication and feedback skills
Decisive, assertive and result-driven person with the ability to motivate/inspire others; High Self Reflection, Hands-on mentality and engaged personality
Highest degree of integrity and honesty
Providing conceptual and analytical thinking, commercial awareness, customer orientation, creativity and assertiveness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to travel extensively
Previous Sales Trainer Experience advantageous
Professional Work Experience in Asia Pacific not required, however advantageous.
Role & Responsibilities:
To design and develop Sales orientated product and added value sales Training & Workshop (Programs/Curricula) in close collaboration with Group Sales Academy.
To conduct Sales oriented and added value Sales Training & Workshops in alignment with Country Sales Management.
To oversee all Sales Training (Onboarding & Development) in the Region to reach effectiveness and reduce redundancies.
To partner with other Training & Development providers to ensure consistency around the Sales Training.
Programs for other training such as contract & claim management, Victori, Sales Selling Skills, etc.
To teach values of Products and to inspire the Sales team.
To ensure training & development programs are in line with annual budgeting and provide regular reporting & cost control.
To accompany Sales Employees of EAP Region to reach their individual sales target and support in identifying training and development needs in close collaboration with Country Head of Sales.
To provide Coaching to Sales Individuals in EAP.
To facilitate and create & follow up individual development plans in close collaboration with the Country Head of Sales to close knowledge and performance gaps according to their training & development needs.
To be actively involved in the recruiting of new Sales Individuals and to further develop the talent acquisition process for Sales workforce in EAP.
To analyse competition products and include the knowledge into the training & development programs.
To ensure highest knowledge of relevant products & systems for EAP at all times
Extensive Travelling across the Region.
