Job Description

Scaffolding Sales Engineer - Oil & Gas - Qatar

Role & Responsibilities:

To develop a strategy and implementation plan for the Industrial/Oil & Gas market;
Main point of contact for all scaffolding inquiries in the Qatar;
To identify and solicit potential customers and projects to secure industrial (Oil &Gas) scaffolding business;
Develop relationships with key customers and other decision makers;
Analyse market needs and active feedback culture for product improvement & development;
Responsible for the product marketing, predominantly in the industrial segment;
To manage projects and determine project sales strategy;
Develop a new client base and build relationships;
Collaborate with the existing Sales Team to develop opportunities within the construction market when identified.


Diploma/Degree level Education in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural or Construction);
5 years of sales experience in Scaffolding business in Industrial Sector/Oil & Gas, in Qatar is preferred;
On-site scaffolding experience, ideally in the Middle East;
Sound knowledge of scaffolding systems and standards, ideally with ringlock system;
Good understanding of the requirements of Industrial Scaffolding customer;
Certified as Scaffolder as an advantage;
Fluent English language skills.
