Within the regional sales team, you will take over full responsibility for a number of countries and report to the Head of Sales – Western Europe. That includes sales strategy implementation, improving process quality, project & product pricing and direct local support in order to make your countries even more successful.
Apart from direct country support, you will as well have regional functions, e.g. to build up the new field of “Sales Analytics”, which includes topics like market potential & sales benchmarking, competition analysis and project monitoring of major sites. You will actively drive usage of Doka sales systems and tools.
You will support the countries and the Regional team across functions providing them with industry and competitive insights.
You will contribute and further the culture of open and transparent communication, culture of teamwork and feedback within the team.
Academic degree with a focus on business, engineering or construction.
A minimum of 3-5 years’ strong sales experience within construction or in the construction related industry in the field of sales, engineering or operations.
English & German on a business level. An understanding of French will be of added advantage.
Executive presence with previous experience of having interacted professionally with senior management levels.
Proven analytical skills and ability to derive patterns from numbers.
Previous experience with project management.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Self-motivated, good team player and the ability to work independently in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
