As a Recruiting Partner & Personnel Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Talents search & selection
You will be supporting certain Business areas in all recruiting related topics.
Working in close cooperation with HR Business Partners and Hiring Mangers you will scout the best talents for Doka. You will manage the entire recruiting process from kick-off to hiring the new employee. You will make the initial candidate selection, organize and conduct interviews with the candidates you have identified and complete the final offer.
- Strategic personnel marketing
In a close cooperation with a Global Employer Brand Manager, you will set and implement the local strategy for a personnel marketing. You will also be responsible for the budget to realize this strategy.
You will identify and nurture the digital channels to support the strategy.
You will identify, support and take part to the personnel marketing related events. You will be responsible for establishing new and deepening our existing relationships with priority schools / universities and you will present Doka as employer at career fairs.
- Educational background in HR, marketing, communication or business administration.
- Experience in personnel marketing and interest to stay up to date with the latest trends.
- Passionate about talents’ search.
- Strategic thinking in combination with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills in German & English.
- Working experience in international environment is a plus.
- Innovative and inspiring personality.
We offer a minimum annual full-time gross salary of 42 000 euro. Overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
