In this role you will promote Doka solutions for the Large Scale Projects segment across Russia and you will interface with large construction companies, the local sales & engineering support of Doka countries as well as with the global expertise center in Amstetten.
Mapping of the business opportunities and acquisition of large scale projects with particular focus on profitability, long-term market penetration and overall coverage.
Identification of market drivers & strategies, development and steering of sales approaches.
Coordination and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders within the organization, especially with global expertise center, country sales and engineering network and resources.
Development of both new and existing accounts and expand business through face-to-face contact and regular job site visits with customers.
Proactive involvement and accountability for developing formwork solutions: from tendering through project acquisition and entire project handling, depending on the complexity and scale of the project.
Project delivery of agreed project results within the scope, time frame and budget.
Preparation of project calculations.
Selection of project team members in consultation with line managers.
Implementation of the project in accordance to the Doka standard, project planning, controlling, close down (tasks, deadlines, resources, budget, risks, etc...).
Project communication, information, marketing and status control.
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (civil or structural) or in construction management.
PM certificate is preferable.
3-5 years of related experience in project management, concrete forming and shoring. Doka experience is a plus.
Hands-on understanding of the construction process, stages, business model.
Able to schedule projects to meet deadlines.
Excellent technical knowledge with experience in project management.
Experienced in project management software and computer applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication in Russian (speaking, reading and writing).
Excellent communication skills including an excellent command of English (speaking, reading, writing).
Qualitative abilities including strong analytical skills and effective problem solving skills.
Willing and able to learn new products, concepts and techniques.
Organized team player with strong leadership skills and excellent time management skills.
General understanding of regulations, local and national codes, legislation and trends impacting the formwork industry.
