Our Client has a focus on digital solutions and offers numerous services and applications which aim to boost productivity on construction sites. Generating added value for their customers and optimizing the construction process in general is of utmost importance for them. Services range from the planning phase to building operations and analysis of construction workflows. 


Completed technical training (IT, construction technology) or having hands on experience with construction technology i.e. BIM, planning software, construction software, collaboration software, ERP etc.  
Relevant work experience - construction site experience is preferred.
Experience in service management, ideally in the areas of construction, electronics or industry.
Affinity for new technologies and the potential in construction.
High level of customer and service orientation.
Strong communication skills.
Independent, confident demeanour and proactive.
Frequent traveling.

Role & Responsibilities

With numerous digital innovations, they are setting new standards - together with a dynamic team the Service Delivery Specialist will support the implementation of these at their customer’s construction sites. 

As Service Delivery Specialist, you are mainly responsible for the smooth implementation of digital services to customers, in close cooperation with Sales & Product Management.

Support in the preparation of offers and the technical planning/design of projects.
Implementation of the digital services on construction sites and ensuring a flawless operation.
Training the customer on the systems.
Ongoing support on technical inquiries and implementation of change requests in cooperation with our technicians.
Monitoring compliance with contractual requirements (SLA management).
Responsible for fostering good customer relationships.
Identifying additional sales opportunities (i.e. identify new leads).
Responsible for correct accounting and preparation of project completion.
