Job Description

Geotechnical Sales Engineer* – Melbourne, Australia

Role & Responsibilities:


Responsible for managing existing and developing new Business opportunities within the Melbourne / Sydney Region;
Creating a Sales strategy to grow the business and profit margins;
Working toward achieving predetermined product Sale targets for the Region;
Active participation in Exhibitions, Seminars and Workshops;
Engage with other departments bringing on board a cross sell function;
Manage project pipeline of current projects;
Creating quotations, specifications and managing client expectations;
Attend site meetings, project meetings and consultant office meetings relating to projects;
Develop and maintain clear strategic working relationships and understanding of contractors, consultants and clients (needs);
Develop customer awareness of products/solutions to both internal and external customers; 
Create and deliver a business plan to grow the business in the Region.

Requirements:

5 + Years Geotechnical Industry Experience
Technical understanding of Products / Application & benefits;
Geotechnical Site Investigation;
Slope Stability;  
Retaining Walls;  
Foundation Design.
