Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing new business across the UAE market
• Identify new business through market research and networking
• Build on existing Client relationships
• Establish relationships at Senior level with key customers and people of influence within the industry
• Promote the Company’s formwork and scaffolding products and services and consulting customers regarding the most cost-effective solutions
• Work towards targets and produce monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
• Answer technical questions and conduct demonstrations of product expressions and new features to prospects and to various groups within existing customers’ accounts
• Provide commercial and technical descriptions and content for proposals in response
• Gather ongoing prospect/customer feedback and related information
• Work with internal departments to coordinate Design / Logistics and follow up
• Generate Sales Reports to the General Manager and to the Executive Director (weekly/monthly)

• Experience (min 5 years) of Sales within the Formwork / Scaffolding Industry in the UAE is essential
• Candidates must have recent Sales experience in the UAE market
• Strong, proven Sales skills & ability to network, generate contacts and close business
• Formwork Technical knowledge is essential
• AutoCAD operating skills/experience is preferred
• Must be computer proficient
• Excellent English communication skills – Fluent Spoken / Written / Reading. Arabic a plus.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license
