Job Description

Formwork Sales Engineer - Oman

Role & Responsibilities:


Achieving Sales Targets for the Hire & New Sale of Formwork & Falsework in the Oman market;
Building strong and profitable relationships with customers;
Ensuring call rates are achieved;
Monitoring own performance against targets and providing forecasting information;
Managing business pipeline effectively;
Ensuring use of Sales Tools, including; technical enquiry checklists, sales proposals and summary quotations;
Having full knowledge of all the Key Customers decision makers and key influencers;
Understanding the full range of products and services in order to present to Clients confidently;
Maximise face-to-face selling time;
Liaising with Credit Control on outstanding accounts.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Formwork Sales Engineering role;
Degree or Diploma Level Education within an Engineering discipline is preferred;
Knowledge of Formwork / Falsework systems is essential;
Proven sales track record, within the Middle East market, preferably in Oman
Excellent Sales and negotiation skills
Full Driving Licence / easily transferable to Oman
