Requirements:

Knowledge & principles of formwork systems preferred – Civil &/or commercial
Experience of working in the construction industry, with possible sales exposure
Excellent skills in communication, presentations and negotiations
Pro-active and solution-oriented approach to work
Self-motivated and problem solver mentality
Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Reliable, organised and trustworthy personality
Team player with cross-functional approach
Able to cope with multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

Gain and maintain a comprehensive knowledge about formwork products and services
Understand how Company products and services compare with the competition
Identify potential customers and projects
Participate in selling Company’s products, solutions and services
Assist in preparing and delivering system & project-based presentations
Assist in developing both new and existing accounts to expand business in the UK
Work towards and exceed sales targets set by the company
Maintain and update customer records and enquiry/project status
