Job Description

Formwork Sales Engineer – Midlands, UK 

Role & Responsibilities:


Responsible for the Sale of Formwork, Falsework, Groundwork & Structural Support products across the Midlands;  
Responsible for maximising market penetration, turnover and profit in your territory;
Maintain and increase the revenue generated through business relationships with existing customers and also be able develop business in conjunction with the Field Sales Manager by finding new customers;
Ensuring every effort is made to satisfy the needs of the customer while maximising sales volume and profitability;
To deliver your Sales budget and ensure a pipeline of business;
It's important that you are able to communicate across a range of levels from Site Foreman to Managing Director.

Requirements:


Candidates should have a Technical / Engineering background
Sales experience within the Construction industry is desirable, but not essential
Knowledge of Formwork and Falsework is preferred, but not essential
Outstanding communication & negotiation skills
Willingness to travel daily as this is a Field Sales role
Must have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
