Job Description

Formwork Project Coordination Manager - Dubai

Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the best possible Customer Service is delivered through professional Customer interaction and management of orders throughout the Project life cycle; 
Providing the main liaison point internally, between the Sales, Engineering and Operations/Logistics Teams to ensure optimum Customer Service;
Responsible for managing a team of Commercial Project Management staff who will be responsible for the processing of customer orders in accordance with company guidelines and policies;
Develop training plans, ensuring continuous team improvement;
Responsibility for all branch related Sales & Distribution and ensuring internal systems are kept fully up to date;
Working closely with the Logistics Department ensuring stock levels / advising substitutions to Customer’s where applicable;
Working closely with Logistics to ensure accurate Billing preparation;
Basic Project Management from inception to completion;
Train and implement new order management processes and best practices;
Manage customer complaints and execute appropriate customer service measures;
Process local components & plywood orders;
Work in close cooperation with the Logistics Manager on order management and Logistics related initiatives;

Candidates must have Customer / Project Management experience within the Formwork / Scaffolding Industry;
Candidates should be educated tom a Degree level standard;
Experience with delivery & returns scheduling (data maintenance in ERP systems);
Sales skills & ability to network, generate contacts and close business;
Experience within the Middle East is highly desirable;
Proven strong leadership, communication and personnel management skills;
Confident and respectful with people;
Diplomatic, constructive and calm under pressure;
Open, reliable and trustworthy, with cultural awareness;
Fluent English language skills are essential;
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook email and calendar).
