Key duties and responsibilities:
Reporting to General Manager.
Be required to produce design drawings, calculations and material call off’s with minimum supervision.
As requested by the General Manager liaise when required between the sales force and the client.
Visit sites and give on-site assistance as requested by GM.
Improve your Design Capabilities and attend any training required as determined by Senior Management.
Assist in the training of Design Technicians and Trainees when applicable.
Perform all duties as set out in the Design Office Procedures document.
Keep up to-date with new products and improvements to existing systems.
Keep up to-date with industry standard and construction techniques.
Keep up to-date with competitors’ products.
Be considerate to other members of the Team at all times.
