Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Scheduling, management and control of technical quotation and order processing 
Analysis of project-specific customer problems and development of sales-oriented solutions 
Technical leadership of the employees in the technical office as well as promotion of team development 
Support of the field service and participation in the sales department
Active participation as a speaker in customer trainings

Requirements:

Completed (university) studies in civil engineering or comparable education with appropriate further training
Several years of professional experience in the construction industry or temporary works or formwork technology as well as the handling of complex projects 
Leadership and management experience
Confident handling of CAD and sound knowledge of statics 
French and German language skills; ability to communicate (on technical issues) in French
Independent way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting 
High degree of self-motivation, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
