Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Grow the SME and Components business in the Philippines;
Build up and lead the Sales team and develop the skillsets of its sales engineers;
Expand the product portfolio of the Sales division;
Develop the customer base and acquire profitable key accounts;
Develop new and existing customers and expand business to SMEs;
Ensure customer satisfaction of new and existing clients;
Identify, prioritize and allocate potential customers to the sales team;
Provide constant support, guidance and motivation to the sales team to ensure individual targets can be met;
Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to collections;
Oversee administration and coordination of deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction;
Communicate and collaborate with engineering and operations departments to ensure accurate proposals;
Propose and support changes to the Sales product portfolio;
Reach the yearly targets and budgets as set in co-operation with the General Manager;
Coach the sales team to become more professional, effective and efficient in its sales efforts;
Deliver proper and timely Sales management reporting;
Run communication and marketing campaigns supporting SME business;
Develop and manage marketing events, exhibitions and customer seminars;
Ensure sales follow-up on marketing campaigns and maintain customer database;
Oversee development of sales literature and supporting documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor degree majoring in Commercial and/or Civil engineering 
Preferably 5+ years’ experience in the construction sector in a Sales position
Minimum of 2 years in a successful sales team leadership position
Demonstrated experience and success in material sales to construction companies and construction projects in the Philippines
Proven ability in value selling
Good English communication
