  • P&L Responsiblity for Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, Mauritania & Western Sahara.
  • Develop and implement a Strategy, Organisation and Business plan to capture substantial market share and achieve a positive result.
  • Implement the neccessary Product Strategy.
  • Organise & manage the supply chain in cooperation with Regional Operations.
  • Gain and maintain a comprehensive knowledge about Doka products and services.
  • Knowledge about how Doka products and services compare with the competition.
  • Identify potential customers and projects.
  • Prepare and present presentations and proposals.
  • Develop both new and existing accounts and expand the business.
  • Sell service solutions and products.
  • Provide customer support during all project stages.
  • Be accountable for all credit interactions with the customer.
  • Ensure there is a full knowledge of all the key customers decision makers and key influencers.
  • Maintain and update customer records and enquiry status.
