We are looking for a Business Development Manager for Germany who knows the market and is well connected in the German scaffolding industry. Your passion for the industry coupled with solid experience and an extensive network in Germany is what will make you successful in this role.
Role & Responsibilities:
Contribute to the new development of the scaffolding business segment in close cooperation with the sales and product development team
Creating a strategic market overview
Defining the scaffolding portfolio
Supporting the development of the scaffolding team (engineering/sales)
Identifying potential customers and projects
University degree (e.g. civil engineering) or comparable technical training
Sales experience in industrial scaffolding
Sound knowledge of scaffolding systems (ring-lock system is a must)
Self-initiative as well as an innovative, solution- and team-oriented way of working
Strong communication personality with an engaging manner
Willingness to travel
