Recruiting is Your passion, You enjoy finding the best candidates and would like to work in the international environment, than this position is definitely for You! Within this role you will:

  • Be responsible for the whole recruiting process
  • Suggest the best recruiting methods, sources, & platforms
  • Do active sourcing
  • Create talent pools
  • Support HR business partners & hiring managers with your recruiting know-how
  • Consult on best approaches to successfully close key and complex positions
  • Cooperate with recruiting agencies or headhunters
  • Guarantee the best possible candidates' journey
  • Co-create & implement improvements in recruiting process
Qualifications

  • Educational background in HR, psychology, business administration or relevant work experience
  • Passionate about Recruitment, Active Sourcing and Talents Acquisition 
  • At least 2 years of experience at recruiting agency or international business
  • Awareness of latest recruitment trends and sourcing approaches
  • Excellent communication skills in German & English (min. B2)
  • Approaching personality with a mind set to improve things
  • Experience in IT or searches for engineering positions is of advantage

We are required to state a minimum salary for our positions. The minimum annual gross salary (on the full time basis) for this position is EUR 37.557,38 according to the collective agreement (wood industry). Final offer will be aligned with market and based on individual qualification and professional experience.
