Up for a new opportunity to join a global leader in construction supply to support regional talent acquistion in Europe?

Doka is well established & successful over many decades in Europe employing more than 3.000 passionate people across more than 30 Countries. With ambitious growth & development plans in place, we are expanding as a business as well as the HR Area Europe Team. 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • You drive Talent Acquisition Projects as well as Recruiting & Employer Branding initiatives
  • You pro-actively source and look for key talents and building up an external talent pool in Sales, Operations & Engineering for key markets in Europe
  • You run (senior) Recruitments and support Country HR Managers during various aspects of the main recruiting processes, such as profiling, identifying the most suitable search strategy, preselection and selection of candidates & referencing as well as monitoring recruiting efforts 
  • You step into an HR Business Partner role and act as sparring partner to selected management personnel in European countries in various organizational and HR related matters
  • You conduct trainings for Country HR Managers in Europe
  • Collaboration in group-wide HR initiatives and execution of HR policies

  • Qualification in Human Resources/Psychology and/or Business Administration/Employment Law or similar
  • Corporate Recruiting / Executive Search experience with ideally some initial HR Business Partner track record 
  • Strong HR IT Affinity (experience with SAP HCM, Cornerstone, SmartRecruiters advantageous)
  • Very skilled at getting critical things done and making things work; very resourceful and organized; creates effective work flows and processes
  • Excellent communciation as well as English language skills; German advantageous

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The annual gross minimum salary for this position is 2.682,67 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry). For this position, a salary in line with the market is offered, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
