Job description:

  • Take responsibility for managing medium-sized projects together with Junior Project Technicians
  • Support Junior Project Technicians in their development and training
  • Analyse structural drawings given by clients
  • Implement formwork solutions as per instructions and project requirements
  • Special formwork design in AutoCAD
  • Create formwork design for customer presentations
  • Propose the most economical and best technical solution
  • Conduct basic static calculations and structural analyses
  • Produce material list, offer drawings and shop drawings
  • Assist Sales Engineers with site visits and client presentation 
  • Complete the timely delivery of shop drawings as per instructions
  • Coordinate with Group Leader for technical issues
  • Coordinate with other involved Engineers
  • Coordinate with operation team in regard to availability of material in the design stage
  • Shared responsibility within the team for provided documents

  • Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification
  • Auto CAD 2D & 3D would be preferential
  • Knowledge in BIM software is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of experience in formwork engineering (and statics)
  • RStab experience is an advantage
  • Solid product knowledge
