Job Description

As HR Business Partner for Scaffolding, you focus on the business challenges and combine these with effective HR services. You are responsible for the strategic integration of HR topics into the management decisions as well as for all operative HR processes in your area of responsibility.

Along with the management team, you will support the build up of the new scaffolding organization within Doka on a global level which involves:

  • Recruitment strategy and execution for the new organization
  • Responsibility for all HR processes as well as for the rollout of Doka's international human resources strategy in your business area
  • Support in labor law aspects, strategic personnel planning, personnel controlling and all other HR related topics
  • Leading the personal development topics in your area of responsibility
  • Cooperating in group-wide HR projects

  • University degree in Business (focus human resources)
  • Profound relevant experience (minimum 5 years), preferred on an international level
  • Facilitating projects as well as effectively and decisively managing multiple tasks
  • Hands-on mentality with a strong practical approach as well as supportive and self-motivated
  • High customer- and team-orientation
  • Excellent English skills, German and additional language skills are a plus
  • Cultural awareness and willingness to travel internationally

The position is classified as group IV according to the collective agreement of the wood-processing industry. That would mean a monthly minimum full-time salary of EUR 2.792,-- Extra payments depending on qualification and experience.
