Job Description

Together with the Head of HR Area you support all our countries in North and Latin America. 

As an HR Business Partner you focus on the business challenges and combine these with effective HR services. You are responsible for the strategic integration of HR topics into the management decisions as well as for all operative HR processes in your area of responsibility.

The position is located in Austria, partly remote work is definitely possible. 

• Responsibility for all HR processes as well as for the rollout of Doka's international human resources strategy in your business area
• Cooperating and acting as sparring partner to the management team
• Support in labor law aspects, strategic personnel planning, personnel controlling and all other HR related topics
• Leading the personal development topics in your area of responsibility
• Monitoring and supporting change processes and staff development projects
• Cooperating in group-wide HR projects
• Travel to the countries and support in implementation 

Qualifications

• University degree in Business (focus human resources)
• Profound relevant experience (minimum 5 years), preferred on an international level
• High management competence and consulting experience
• Facilitating projects as well as effectively and decisively managing multiple tasks
• Hands-on mentality with a strong practical approach as well as supportive and self-motivated
• Ability to enthuse him/herself and others, high customer- and team-orientation
• Excellent English skills, Spanish and German language is advantageous
• Cultural awareness and willingness to travel internationally

The position is classified as group IV according to the collective agreement of the wood-processing industry. That would mean a monthly minimum full-time salary of EUR 2.792,-- Extra payments depending on qualification and experience.
