Applicants must have work visa or permanent residency to work in Australia. 

We will also consider applicants who want to move into sales however must have a formwork background.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Representing the employer in a professional and ethical manner
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Organisational skills – Daily planning of activities and follow ups
Increasing client base through cold calling and networking
Understand and demonstrate the technical aspects of the quality and efficiency of the employer’s products and prepare project specific value proposition
Deliver technical presentations to a wide range of clients
Recommend and participate in marketing & promotional activities targeted at or involving this market e.g. Attend conferences, exhibitions and seminars
Undertake site visits and training with clients
Writing business proposals / offers
Negotiating with stakeholders
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Following industry trends locally and nationally
Comply with all of the employers policies and procedures
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement
Developing growth strategies and plans

Skills & experience:

Formwork or related technical sales experience
AUS driving license
Ability to work well with others and building lasting relationships
Customer service experience & problem-solving skills
Persistence and determination
Ability to use your initiative and self-discipline
Be thorough and pay attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication skills
